Acces your Benvenuti online account. Click the button “Return”. Fill in the return form and wait a little for you complaint to be validated. The return form must be placed inside the returned product’s box.
Benvenuti accepts any express carrier, you can choose what company you want. The return cost will not be paid by Benvenuti.
*The returns sent by Postal services will not be accepted, and we won’t pay the costs of the carrier.
After filling in the return form and placing it in the shoes box it's not necessary to call us about it.
We only accept products that have not been worn, packed in their original box containing all their labels. If these conditions are not met we won’t accept the return and the product will be shipped back to you on your expense.
The original box must be protected by another box or at least covered with a thick plastic bag. It’s strictly forbidden to use duktape on the original box. If you have multiple boxes please prepare a single package containing all of them. If the original box arrives damaged we will fee you 10 Euro from the refund, this amount is the cost of the packaging.
According to the law, the consumer can give up the purchase without any given reason, without penalties of=r others within 14 days after receiving the order. The return period starts from the day you received the order.
Fill in the return form, write the size you want, and within 14 days since the returned product arrives to us you will be sent the requested one.
If you changed your mind regarding a model, you can return it and place a new order on our website. The refund will be processed right away and you will get it on the same card that you used for the initial payment.
All the online purchases must be returned to Benvenuti Headquarters, str. Anghel Saligny nr. 9 (Park: Eurobusiness 2), Oradea, Bihor, Romania, zip 410085.
Benvenuti will refund you in maximum 14 days after receiving the returned package. If the return is not accepted the customer service will reach out to you for solving the situation.
*Please keep the receipt provided by the carrier until the order arrives, or in the case of returns until the refund is processed.
According to the law, Art. 16 of OUG 34/2014, you can not return products that are not hygienically or safe to return. In this category are the following products: socks, tights, underwear and swimmwear!
*the products from this category can not be returned nor exchanged.
The worn products can not be returned either. We don’t accept worn goods!
If you got a different product we will replace it on our expense. You will be contacted by customer service immediately after receiving the complaint.
