For placing an order on our website please follow the next steps:
A. If you're a new customer:
Ad in your cart the wanted products. When you finish your order you need to introduce you contact information and all the required data to register your account and place the order.
You will receive a confirmation email and a link to confirm your Benvenuti account.
*all the required data must be correctly introduced for communication regarding your order
B. If you already have an account:
Ad the wanted products in your cart and for placing the order all your information will be automatically added from your previous orders.

For adding a product in your shopping cart please select the wanted item, the size and then just push the "add to cart" button;. For forward shopping please push the button “Keep Shopping”, then click on “My cart” and place the order; chooseând payment type.
The total cost will include the product cost and the delivery cost. All the prices contain VAT. After you placed the order, before it's processed, you will get a confirmation email for your oder. The placed order represents the agreement to all terms and conditions.

Benvenuti S.R.L provides warranty for all the sold products, according to the law 449/2003 regarding the selling of products and the commercial warranties and according to the warranty certificate of every product. The faulty items will be returned to BENVENUTI, str. Anghel Saligny, nr. 9 (Eurobusiness 2 Industrial Park) Oradea, land Bihor, country Romania, zip 410085.
Fixing the faulty items will not take more than 15 days science the product is received by our warehouse; the product box must contain a copy from the invoice and the warranty certificate provided at the purchase. If fixing the product is not possible, the faulty product will be replaced with an identical new one. In the case when the low stock does not allow us to replace the product you will be refunded the whole amount payed for the product.
