Unfortunately you cannot place a phone order. All orders must be placed on our website, where you must introduce all the required data correctly.
If you asked for a size exchange to replace a product that's not fitting you, the wrong size product will be first delivered to us, after the products is checked you will get the requested size in maximum 5 working days.
After the returned package arrived to our warehouse and is checked the refund will be done in the following 10 days.
After placing the order you can track it using the tracking number we provided.
If you made a return request, a tracking number was automatically generated and in maximum 2 working days the carrier will pick it.
You can track your order following these steps: check your confirmation email, so you will know if the order was placed correctly. After this, if the order is valid you will get another email with your tracking number. You can track your order direclty on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided by Benvenuti.
You can track the parcel using the tracking code provided by the carrier that picked the package.

If you're passed the 14 days return term you can only write an email to [email protected], and with a little luck your request is accepted.
We can not guarantee the acceptance for any case!
The return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. You will be informed regarding the costs.
If you placed more than one order in a single day please let us know about it because wo woul like to send you a single package containing all orders. For this please send us an email on [email protected]. Help us doing this business more sustainable and reduce the carbon emissions.
If you placed and order but then you changed your mind, you can cancel the order by writting an email to [email protected]. If the order is already on it's way, after receiving it you must do the return according to the return policy.
In the case when the product is discovered to be faulty in the 60 days of warranty you can make a return request for it. At the Benvenuti headquarters we will decide how to solve the situation.
To return a product you must enter on the "Return" page. Click the button "Return". Then you must fill in the return form, do not skip any requested information. After this your return will be processed, you will get an email with the tracking number for your return and a carrier will pick uo the package. Insert this return form in the product's box.
If you got the order but you want to return the products is very easy. The product must be in its original box with all the labels, and then you must put this box in a bag or into another box so it won't get damaged and seal it with sticky tape.
If you want to check the availability of a product in a store you can see on the product's page the "Check the availability in the shop" button; select the size and then the city and a result will be generated.
The suede leather is maintained by regular cleanings with a natural dry brush to remove the dust, with a special stain remover shampoo and then when the product is completly dry you can apply colour spary. You can find all the needed products below:
The genuine leather needs a proper care. You shoul avoid the water contact, for cleaning a special shapoo is recommended. From time to time the genuine leather needs to be hydrated. Use proper leather creams, and after aplying them give the leather a nice smooth polish with a soft microfiber towel.
