Return policy
According to the legal basis, the customer is allowed to notify the seller that he or she is giving up the purchased goods without any penalties or specific reason in the period of 14 days since the goods were received by the customer. The products that no longer satisfy your demands shall be returned back to BENVENUTI company, no. 9 Anghel Saligny street, Eurobusiness Park II, Oradea, Romania, zip 410085, alongside the return form. Please complete the return form online and attach it to the pack. We cannot change the products, but you can always make a new order and receive the articles that suit you better and the money from the first purchase will get back to you in no longer than 14 days. The retuned products must have all the original packaging, they must be in the same condition as they were sent to the customer, new, all the tags on them, not damaged. We will not accept damaged or worn goods.
The return shipment will be paid by the customer. The costs will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer, when we will refund the transport cost will be withheld. The product will be returned in the same packing, we will not take back damaged products or packings & tags/ labels. The return should be done in the period of 14 days, afterwards it will not be accepted by the company. The carrier that will pick up the pack is the same one that brought it to you, we will automatically send him to collect it when you fill in the return formulary.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the return costs in the following 10 days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way. You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Form, or you can check the status in My Account under ‘Orders & Returns’. *Faulty items It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
